Posters

All posters are welcome, A1 portrait is the appropriate size. A prize will be awarded to the best poster as decided by the committee.

Registration

Registration is open - please use this form. Attendance will only be permitted with prior registration, there is no registration fee. The deadline is Friday 16th March 2018, if numbers exceed capacity a waiting list will be utilised. Note that although attendance at the scientific meeting itself is free, delegates wishing to attend the Symposium dinner on April 17th will need to pre-register and pay for the meal in advance. The meal cost is CHF69, payment should be made by contacting the Teufelhof hotel directly.

Accomodation

Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accomodation. We have negotiated preferential room rates for those wishing to book accommodation. Please use the key words "Physchem Forum at Roche" to be considered for the reduced room rate at: Bildungszentrum21 (4 star); and Spaltenbrunnen (3 star).

Exhibition

There will be an exhibition during the meeting for commercial organisations offering products of potential interest to attendees.

Travel to the Symposium

Basel has an international airport and a good train station. The address for the Roche site is F. Hoffmann-La Roche Research Center in Basel, Grenzacher Str. The meeting will be held in building 92, see map, note that the entrance to building 92 should be used.
