PhysChem FORUM 6

Registration is now closed.

Introduction

PhysChem Forum are pleased to announce our sixth Physical Chemistry Symposium, hosted by ACD Labs, to be held at Beaumont House, Hayley Conference Centre, Old Windsor, UK on Tuesday 4th November 2008.

Participants are invited to arrive at the venue for registration and a Welcome Dinner the previous evening and then the symposium sessions will be held all day.

All posters are welcome but presentations are reserved for non-commercial work.

Who Should Attend?

Scientists who have been actively involved in driving forward this area of the industry within their own institutions.

Lectures

The programme will comprise a mixture of presentations and posters with ample opportunity dedicated to questions.

Posters

A prize, sponsored by PhysChem Consulting, will be awarded for the best poster.

Welcome Dinner and Accommodation

We shall be holding a Welcome Dinner on Monday 3rd November (the evening before the symposium).

Please note that the cost of the pre-symposium dinner will be approximately £35 (excluding drinks). Hotel residents will be able to pay this along with their room fee at checkout. Non-residents will need to pay for their dinner at the registration desk.

40 Rooms have been reserved for delegates.

If you wish for a room to be allocated to you please advise us of this with your registration, a provisional booking will then be made on your behalf for which you will be responsible.

The room tariff is £102.13. This includes breakfast.

We only have 40 rooms available so early registration is recommended. Please do not book directly with the hotel as we have negotiated a very special rate which is only available if booked through us.

Registration

There is no charge for this meeting. Attendance will only be allowed with prior registration.

The deadline for registrations is 24th October 2008. Registrations will not be accepted after this date.
