Prof Chris Hunter, University of Sheffield, UK

Chris Hunter was educated at the University of Cambridge and graduated with a PhD in 1989. He was a lecturer at the University of Otago in New Zealand from 1989 till 1991, when he moved to the University of Sheffield. He was promoted to a personal chair in 1997, and he is currently an EPSRC Senior Research Fellow and Professor of Chemistry. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 2008. He has research interests in various aspects of molecular recognition, design, synthesis, measurement and theory.
